About Ring Premiere

The class ring embodies traditions and memories of Virginia Tech, linking generations of Hokies. Each year, special moments shared by a class are reflected in the redesign of one side of the ring. The redesign is unveiled at Ring Premiere.

The tradition goes back more than 100 years. The first set of rings was created during the 1911–12 school year. Since then, all classes have designed their own unique rings.

Virginia Tech is one of the few colleges and universities that redesign the ring collection each year.
