COVID-19 update

Based on an abundance of caution and deep concern for the possible risk that travel and assembling in crowded spaces creates, we are compelled to postpone the D.C. Young Alumni Social . In the coming few days, we will be in touch regarding any registration fees already paid. 

In choosing this regrettable but prudent step, we are in line with public health guidelines regarding the COVID-19 coronavirus, as well as appropriate procedures determined by Virginia Tech’s COVID-19 Committee. D.C. Hokies at a young alumni social event

Thursday, March 19 from 6-8 p.m.
Hawk 'n' Dove, 329 Pennsylvania Ave. SE

Calling all D.C. area young alums — join us at Hawk 'n' Dove.

Come and enjoy drinks with the D.C. Area Young Alumni Committee and other Hokie friends. Registration includes appetizers and two drink tickets.

Mandy Hoefer, assistant director of reunion programs, will speak about Reunion Weekend 2020. The four-day summer reunion is June 4-7.

 

Cost

  • Pre-registration: $10
  • At the door: $15

$5 of your event registration will count toward the Virginia Tech Annual Fund, which provides much needed support for students, faculty and programs.
