Communications Committee
The Communications Committee, along with the Decades Captains Committee, are essential to marketing the reunion. Word-of-mouth is an important way to reach alumni and students. Volunteers will work with the chair and Alumni Relations staff on marketing and communications through Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, blogs, and Instagram.

Decade Captains Committee
This committee will work with the chair, Alumni Relations staff, and the communications committee to communicate to specific decades. Decade captains post regularly on various social media channels.

Hospitality Committee
This committee will work with the chief advancement officer to identify hosting sponsors, award winners, and special guests.
Chair: Open
Student Engagement Committee
Students are invited to network, meet recruiters, attend reunion events, and volunteer for the reunion. Committee members will work with the chairs, Alumni Relations staff, student leaders, and administrators to build campus awareness about ways to get involved in the reunion.

Awards Ceremony and Milestone Commemoration Committee
This committee will work with the chair and Alumni Relations staff to develop the ceremony script, select winners, and outline the program order. Committee members must be available to meet on Friday morning and attend a technical run-through during the afternoon. The awards ceremony is a marquee event during the reunion.

Friday Dance Committee
This committee is responsible for turning up the fun for the weekend. Members will work with the chair and Alumni Relations staff to plan the reunion's opening celebration.

Saturday Dance Committee
Members will work with the chair and Alumni Relations staff to plan the music and events for the final capstone party.

Block Show Committee
Committee members will join the chair, student volunteers, and staff to plan the block and stroll competition.

Student/Alumni Networking Committee
This committee will work with Alumni Relations staff and students to plan the student/alumni networking event. The committee will determine the structure for the event and develop instructions for both volunteers and attendees.

Sunday Celebration Committee
Committee members will work with Alumni Relations staff to plan an inclusive, non-denominational, and uplifting ceremony. Responsibilities include developing program activities, designing the memorial recognition, recruiting student and alumni singers, organizing rehearsals, and executing the event.
