HokieTalks: Exploring Contemporary Social Justice Issues

On March 24, Hokies joined us for a virtual HokieTalk exploring contemporary social justice issues. We were joined by Virginia Tech experts who discussed using community history and identity to design for social and environmental justice; social justice branding and white racial salience; and race and public policy.
The panel was facilitated by Laura Belmonte, dean of the College of Liberal Arts and Human Sciences. Panelists were:

- Brandy S. Faulkner, Gloria D. Smith Professor of Black Studies, political science collegiate assistant professor
