Executors are the person or entity that administer an estate. Our speaker will be Tim Guare, one of Virginia’s most experienced estate planning attorneys.

The webinar will address the common challenge of choosing and working with an executor so you can plan for a smooth estate settlement process.

About Tim Guare

Based in Richmond, Guare is one of Virginia’s most experienced estate planning attorneys. In addition to his practice, Guare has served as an adjunct professor of law at the University of Richmond, teaching classes on estate and gift taxation, estate planning, and fiduciary administration. A Fellow in the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a graduate of Harvard Law School, Tim has also spoken extensively to professional and lay audiences on estate planning and administration and written a number of articles for professional journals.
