The holidays are often a time for joy and celebration with friends and family. However, for many it can be a time filled with stress, social pressures, or grief.
Join Ana Agud '17, manager of Work/Life Program at Hokie Wellness, as she leads discussions on holiday stress, goal-setting, healthy eating habits, and more.

The stresses and pressures of the holidays or losses encountered during the year can take its toll. Hokie Wellness will provide guidance and resources so you can set realistic personal goals, redefine your experience, and add more joy back into the season.
Healthy Holidays — Wednesday, Dec. 11 from noon-1 p.m. EST
Examine how the holiday season can be a tempting time to forego healthy eating habits. Hokie Wellness will provide some tips on how you can enjoy the holidays, maintain your healthy habits by setting personal goals, and still enjoy good food and treats.
