Details: Join us at the New England Hokies for a picnic to welcome our new class of Hokies! We will gather by the water at Castle Island State Park - just look for banners and the orange and maroon! This is a free event and families are encouraged to attend. Picnic food and beverages will be provided by the chapter, but please bring a dish or dessert to pass if able. Bring your chairs, sunscreen, and perhaps a windbreaker, depending on the weather! And of course, don't forget your Hokie gear!

We also welcome current students to assist with welcoming our newest hokies, the Class of 2029! The Alumni Chapter will provide a variety of sandwiches, sides, and beverages. Vegetarian options will also be available. The event is outdoors so please dress casually and for the weather — Hokie gear encouraged! There are plenty of tables and benches for all to share.
