Registration includes all scheduled programming. Check back here for updates to the schedule. Attire for the entire event is conference casual. 

  • 3-6 p.m. Conference registration (Holztman Alumni Center (HAC) Grand Hall)
  • 3-6 p.m.  Vendor and swag table setup (HAC Grand Hall)
    • Show off and share your university's swag with fellow ACC colleagues. Vendors will also bring swag to display.
  • 6-8 p.m. Taste of Blacksburg BBQ dinner and drinks (HAC Grand Hall and Terrace)
  • 8-10 p.m. Walk around the Virginia Tech Duck Pond
    • Enjoy an evening stroll around the Duck Pond, a beloved spot for all Hokies. The pond is home to a variety of wildlife, including geese, ducks, and various fish.   
  • 8-10 p.m. Kick Back at the HAC (HAC Grand Hall and Terrace)
    • Relax and network with colleagues. Guests will enjoy a "Make your own Huckleberry Trail Mix" activity, yard games, and non-alcoholic beverages.

  • 9-10 a.m. Driving Alumni Engagement: Insights and Strategies for ACC Institutions (HAC Assembly Hall)
    • Get an update on the latest trends in alumni engagement, including a deep dive into ACC-specific data. Gain insights into using the CASE alumni engagement framework to develop effective strategies, foster collaboration, and set and achieve meaningful goals.

    • Includes stops at Cassell Coliseum and Lane Stadium.
  • 6:30-8 p.m. Dinner at the University Club (South End Zone, Lane Stadium)
    • Join us for a buffet-style dinner hosted by Jostens. Guests will receive two drink tickets.
  • 8-10 p.m. Downtown Takeover (The Maroon Door)
    • Enjoy some of Blacksburg's popular watering holes. The first drink is on us at The Maroon Door! Shuttle service runs from 7:30-10:30 p.m. between Lane Stadium, Downtown Blacksburg, and The Inn at Virginia Tech.
