Registration free, but required. A $5 gift to the Dorothy McCombs Scholarship, which benefits students from the Appalachian Region, is encouraged upon registration.

Join Leigh Anne Krometis, associate professor of biological systems engineering, as she examines the challenges facing citizens in the coal seams of Appalachia when it comes to obtaining clean, safe drinking water. Krometis is one of the foremost experts on water quality and availability in the area.
