Alumni Weekend Campus Lodging

Stay on campus and close to the action in an air-conditioned residence hall with a private bathroom!

For those interested in staying on campus for Alumni Weekend, please let us know by emailing reunion@vt.edu and we'll send you an email when the booking link is live.

Please note the following details regarding campus lodging before booking your stay:

  • Rates depend on occupancy (single or double) and are likely around $80 for a single and around $140 for a double per night.
  • Please note that your stay is being facilitated with the help of current Virginia Tech students. Please be patient and kind; they are looking forward to seeing alumni this summer!
  • Parking passes are required to park on campus from 7 a.m.–10 p.m. on weekdays. Passes are not needed after 10 p.m. on Friday through Sunday (weekends). We will have parking passes available at Alumni Weekend registration at the Holtzman Alumni Center. If you check into your accommodation before arriving at the main Alumni Weekend check-in, a parking pass will also be available there. 
  • All rooms allocated for Alumni Weekend have air conditioning and private bathrooms.
  • All beds are Twin XL size. 
  • Linens, pillows, and towels will NOT be provided. Please plan to bring your own bedding and towels.
  • Please plan to bring your own toiletries, including soap and shampoo. Toiletries are not provided.
  • Parents and guardians are responsible for any accompanying minors staying on campus or attending Alumni Weekend.
  • Breakfast at D2 is included in your stay every morning.
  • There is a two week cancellation policy for campus lodging.
