Our society hosts events all year long. We invite all Virginia Tech alums to join us. Together, we can amplify voices, build connections, and pave the way for an even more accepting future. Here's a look at some of our annual signature events.

Homecoming Tailgate

Rain or shine, you can find us at our table outside Holtzman Alumni Center before the Homecoming game. We always have fun freebies ready for you to collect and take home! 

Happy Hours

Our most recent happy hour was at Solace Outpost in Falls Church, Virginia. The turnout was incredible! We met so many new Hokies from different class years — and they all expressed interest in attending more of our events and staying in touch. 

Alumni Career Panel

Every year, as a part of Virginia Tech's APIDA Heritage Month, we bring a new round of panelists from our APIDA alumni pool to tell us about their career, their time at Virginia Tech, and what advice they have for students. 

APIDA Achievement Ceremony 

In collaboration with the APIDA + Center, we celebrate our graduating undergraduate and graduate APIDA students. It’s also our way of welcoming our newest class of alumni! 

Collabs with other alumni groups

The more, the merrier — we often collaborate with other Virginia Tech alumni groups to host joint events. You can find us hanging out with the D.C. Hokies, the D.C. Young Alumni Committee, and the Latinx and Hispanic Alumni Society.
