New Jersey Chapter Student Scholarship
Dear Future Hokie,
As scholarship chairperson of the New Jersey Chapter of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association, I would like to congratulate you on your acceptance to Virginia Tech. My time in Blacksburg has positively impacted my life and I can't imagine having attended any other university. I am excited for what lies ahead for you.
Our chapter will be awarding four $1,000 scholarships for the upcoming fall term. Two of these are being offered through the chapter's partnership with the Emily C. Specchio Foundation. All scholarships will be awarded to four deserving New Jersey high school seniors who will attend Virginia Tech in the fall of 2024. The scholarship selection criteria include academic achievement, as well as participation in school activities and community support.
Please complete the online application by Jan. 1. Recipients will be notified by Feb. 15. Mark your calendar as all NJ Hokies are invited to attend the NJ VTAA Student Send-Off in June.
