- Complete: The Pylon Awards checklist to reach the highest chapter status by June 30.
- Complete: Alumni chapter annual planning form and chapter volunteer roster by June 30.
- Read: Best practices and resources documents.
- Email: End-of- year financial reporting (if applicable) by June 30.
- Read and Sign: The electronic roles and responsibilities agreement sent in June for completion by the chapter president or point of contact by June 30.
