Lynn Doughtie

Lynne Martin Doughtie graduated with a B.S. in 1985 from the Pamplin College of Business and is retired U.S. Chairman and CEO of KMPG LLP, one of the world’s leading professional service firms. She became the first female top executive in 2015 and has been regularly named one of Fortune Magazine’s Most Powerful Women in Business. Doughtie is a member of The Boeing Company Board of Directors as part of its audit and compensation committees. Other board service includes Workday (audit and compensation committees), NAF, LUNGevity, Instride Advisory Board, Nova Signal Advisory Board, and the Higher Ambition Leadership Alliance Council. She also serves on the Innovation Campus Advisory Board, Pamplin ACIS Advisory Board, and the Pamplin Advisory Council at Virginia Tech. Doughtie is a former tri-chair of Boundless Impact: Campaign for Virginia Tech. She was awarded the Pamplin College Distinguished Alumnus Award in 2007, and Virginia Tech’s University Distinguished Achievement Award in 2018.
