Randy Lucas
Randy Lucas serves as Principal with Lucas Tax + Energy Consulting. He has professional experience in federal tax accounting, career coaching, and change management consulting. He has over 15 years of Big-4 experience in tax consulting, project management, financial system implementation (SAP FI/CO), and system training develop and adult learning. Randy's client experience is diverse and includes Fortune 50 large companies to partnerships and venture capital start-ups. He possesses strong leadership, management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas that produce results.
He has a Bachelors of Science and a Masters degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Randy serves on the Alumni Association Board of Directors, and is a member of the Accounting and Information Systems Advisory Board, and the Black Cultural Center Advisory Board. In addition he is an emeritus director of the Pamplin Advisory Council, and represented the Alumni Association as a member of the Sesquicentennial Work Group.
Randy currently resides in Charlotte, North Carolina.
