Bridget Ryan Berman
Bridget Ryan Berman has led multi-channel consumer businesses for global fashion and luxury goods companies. She served as Chief Executive Officer of Victoria’s Secret Direct and Giorgio Armani, as Group President of Ralph Lauren, and as Chief Operating Officer of Apple Retail. She is currently a Managing Partner at Ryan Berman Advisory, a consulting and investment firm.
Ms. Ryan Berman is one of Women Inc. Magazine’s Most Influential Corporate Directors. She is on the boards of Asbury Automotive Group, Newell Brands, Tanger Factory Outlets, and Tegra Global, a subsidiary of Apollo Management Group and has served as chair of multiple Compensation & Human Capital and Nominating & Governance Committees.
Ms. Ryan Berman earned her B.S. in Business Management from Virginia Tech. She is on the Pamplin Advisory Council, where she served as President and Chair of the Dean’s Cabinet, as well as co-chair of the Boundless Impact Campaign. In addition, she has been recognized as a Distinguished Alumnus of the college. Ms. Ryan Berman is a member of the Virginia Tech Alumni Association Board, Ut Prosim Society, and Legacy Society and was previously on the board of the Virginia Tech Foundation. In addition, she is a founding board member of The Hokie Way, and a trustee of the Benedictine Schools of Richmond.
Ms. Ryan Berman and her husband, Roger, co-founded Miraclefeet, a non-profit organization that provides children in low-income countries with affordable, non-surgical care to treat clubfoot. The organization’s mission was inspired by their son, Reese who is a senior at Virginia Tech.
