Bridget Ryan Berman

Bridget Ryan Berman has led multi-channel consumer businesses at global fashion and luxury goods companies. She served as Chief Executive Officer of Victoria’s Secret Direct and Giorgio Armani, Group President of Ralph Lauren, and Chief Operating Officer of Apple Retail. She is currently a Managing Partner at Ryan Berman Advisory, a consulting and investment firm.

Women Inc. Magazine has named Ms. Ryan Berman to its list of the Most Influential Corporate Directors. She is Chair of the Board at Newell Brands, Lead Independent Director at Asbury Automotive Group, and a director at Tanger, Inc.

Ms. Ryan Berman earned a degree in Business Management from Virginia Tech. She is President of the Alumni Association Board and a member of the Pamplin College of Business Advisory Council, where she previously served as President, Chair of the Dean’s Cabinet, and co-chair of the Boundless Impact Campaign. She has also been named a Distinguished Alumnus of the college. Ms. Ryan Berman is a member of the Ut Prosim Society and the Legacy Society and previously served on the board of the Virginia Tech Foundation. Additionally, she is a trustee and Chair of the Board at the Benedictine Schools of Richmond (Virginia).

Ms. Ryan Berman and her husband, Roger, co-founded Miraclefeet, a nonprofit organization. This initiative has provided non-surgical treatment for clubfoot to more than 120,000 children in low- and middle-income countries. The organization’s mission was inspired by their son, Reese, who earned both a bachelor’s and a master’s degree at Virginia Tech.
