William Park
William Park graduated from the College of Agriculture and Life Sciences at Virginia Tech with his B.S. in 1984 and M.A. in 1986. He is president of Pinnacle Construction and Development Corporation, a commercial construction firm with significant experience in the construction of multi-family, historic adaptive reuse, mixed-use and commercial/retail projects.
Park is also manager of Bluestone Land, Park Properties Management Company, and Bluestone Capital Advisors. He has received multiple awards throughout his career with the most recent awards being Homebuilders Association of Virginia Innovation and Construction Award (2023), Governor’s Housing Award for Best Mixed Use/Mixed Income Project (2011), Earthcraft Virginia Affording Housing Developer of the Year (2011), Harrisonburg Downtown Renaissance Design Excellence for New Construction (2010) and the National Association of Housing and Redevelopment Officials’ Award of Merit (2002 and 2000).
Park is chair of the Virginia Tech Foundation and is a member of the Virginia Tech Blackwood Department of Real Estate Advisory Board. Additionally, he serves on the Thomas Jefferson Planning District’s Central Virginia Regional Housing Partnership, Virginia Housing Development Authority, and the Free Enterprise Forum.
