Michelle Cobb

Michelle Cobb of Blacksburg, Virginia, is a global sales director for Workiva. A Virginia Tech alumna, she received her bachelor's degree in agricultural and applied economics and horticulture in 2000.

After graduating, she joined the Leadership Development Program at BB&T and began a 20-year commercial banking career until transitioning into FinTech in 2021.

In 2022, Michelle earned an MBA from Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. She has held numerous Board of Director roles — including Hospicare and SPCA — as well as several committee positions, including a current co-chair for the Darden Class of 2022 Engagement Committee.
