Laura Morillo

Laura Morillo is a native Virginian and resides in Blacksburg. She relocated to Blacksburg from Northern Virginia in 2018.

Morillo currently works for TRC Companies as a senior project manager out of the Blacksburg office, where she is responsible for managing design projects from inception through design and construction. She also serves a role engaging in economic development opportunities within the state of Virginia.

Morillo is an involved and active supporter of Virginia Tech and volunteers as often as time allows. She served as chair of the Civil and Environmental Engineering Alumni Board and is still an involved member of the CEE Alumni Board. She earned a bachelor's degree in civil engineering and is a registered P.E. in Virginia and Maryland.
