Jennifer Griesbach

Jennifer Griesbach of New Market, Maryland, earned her bachelor of science in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech in 2007 and has served as the Western Maryland Alumni Chapter president since 2010.

She is a senior project engineer at JLG Industries, an Oshkosh Corporation, and serves on their STEM outreach and women in product development committees.

Griesbach previously worked as a senior project engineer at Oshkosh Defense and as a project development engineer for Ameresco, designing and executing energy savings performance contracts in the federal and military spaces. She was a 2022 JLG ideation challenge winner and her work at Ameresco as part of GSA’s National Deep Energy Retrofit Program helped earn multiple awards.
