Marty Muscatello

Marty Muscatello is the former president, CEO, and owner of FoxGuard Solutions. He is also an owner of Qualtrax Inc. — a compliance software company. Both companies evolved from the original holding company, CCS Inc. Muscatello joined CCS Inc. in 2003, serving as president until May 2005 when he was named president and CEO. He and his business partner, Tim Lawson, sold FoxGuard Solutions in October 2019 to Framatome, a nuclear power generator manufacturer located in Paris.
Muscatello has over 30 years of management experience in business and company growth. Prior to joining CCS Inc., Marty was general manager of Rohm and Haas’ optoelectronics division holding P&L responsibility. Working with divisions in Philadelphia, Boston, and New York, he established the business for the optoelectronics division in Virginia. Muscatello also helps other technology leaders and CEOs successfully lead their companies. He owns several small companies with his wife and another company with his business partner.
Marty holds a B.S. in industrial and systems engineering and an MBA from Virginia Tech. Marty is dedicated to business growth in Southwest Virginia and throughout the state. He is active in the community, serving on several boards and holding membership in multiple organizations. He also teaches a class in the industrial and systems engineering department at Virginia Tech.
